As a Data Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for helping the commercial
team leverage data and identifying opportunities for improvement, spotting
trends pertaining to secondary sales, as well as recognizing potential issues
and offering automated solutions. The work is aimed towards improving
efficiency, increasing productivity, and being ambitious for patients.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress
YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
* Accumulating data from regional and national distributors to an in-house secondary sales system to generate monthly insights and reports.
* Generating a monthly health check report comprising of GSK performance versus competitors at various levels of dimensions and complexities.
* Cascading a sales performance dashboard to monitor lead-lag KPIs against targets at sales manager, territory, and brick level.
* Managing the monthly performance review deck and any ad-hoc work associated with it.
* Managing growth emerging markets and LOC level dashboards (Compass, DQS, Atlas, Market Research Analytics, Wise & Any Other Dashboards)
* Managing and creating a liaison with commercial teams and third parties to cover any ad-hoc market research requests.
* Leading any process improvement/automation initiatives within the commercial teams.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our
goals:
* Bachelor's degree in finance or Data Sciences and Analytics.
* ‎2 - ‎4 years of experience in data warehousing, data analytics, data modelling and insights generation.
* Power BI/Excel/VBA Certification.
* Solid understanding of SQL and systems.
* Excellent communication skills will be an added plus.
