Job Summary:
The Purchasing officer provides direction and guidance in all areas of
Purchasing to obtain optimum benefit in terms of quality, quantity, price, and
lead time.
As a Telephone Operator, we rely on you to,
Obtains quotations from suppliers to ensure purchase were made in the best
interest of the company.
Prepares purchase documentation upon authorization.
Makes comparison with current supplier prices to ensure competitiveness.
Work with requesting department, determine the specification a provide sample
or sources
Research new sources, recommend changes to product sourcing as applicable.
Updates on latest custom amendments.
Makes recommendations to management as appropriate.
What we are Looking For:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in performing purchasing functions for a large
company preferably a hotel.
Ability to work long hours and shift
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic
language)
Computer Knowledge.
