Support Functions EI JED

Mobility is the goal* *

• Provide support for all Government Relations such as (Change of sponsorship, issuance of Iqama's, Renewal of Iqama's, Iqama Transfers, processing Visa documents, Exist Reenter visa, Final Exist visa ect.


• Responsible to maintain all company documents such as CR, Civil Defense, Chamber of Commerce Certificates, Municipality Card, and update them when it is required.


• Lead building maintenance for the branch and staff accommodations


• Ensured that the staff accommodation list is updated periodically.


• Manage company accommodation and work closely with the Fleet & Facility officer in Head Office on the repair & maintenance of the buildings.


• Manage the administration issues with respect to staff accommodation.


• Responsible to arrange all requirements for events, trainings, management meetings


• Responsible to arrange for airport pick up and drop off for Guest, Trainees, new employees.


• Any other related responsibilities and duties requested by line Manager

Mobility needs you* *

• Diploma in business administration or bachelor's degree.


• Desired Communication skills, English Skills, Computer Skills & Customer Oriented behavior.


• Desired experience in Administration for at least one year.
