Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions is a Business Group of Freudenberg and
a leading global supplier of branded cleaning systems as well as household and
laundry care products. The portfolio includes brands such as Vileda®, Gimi®,
Wettex® and Marigold®. The company employs more than 3,000 people and hosts a
distribution network in 35 countries.
New, effective products and distribution channels, technical innovations and a
strong customer focus have been the company's key success factors. They are
supported by extensive market and customer research on an international basis
as well as innovation centers and production plants around the world.
Responsibilities
* Perform all postings in the area of responsibility (e.g. Supplier accounting or debtors accounting or general ledger)
* Run all relevant activities with the area of responsibility to safeguard an efficient data flow (e.g. dunning processes or payment runs or asset inventory count)
* Clarify complains or positions not running within the standard processes
* Proper documentation of data entry
* Additional Responsibilities
* Safeguard all requirements of segregation of duties for the company in the area of responsibility
* Continuous improvement in area of responsibility
* Masterdata management in close cooperation with sales or purchasing department
* Organization:
* Directly Reports to: Manager Finance
* Interactions (internal & external):
* Internal communication with cost centre managers, purchasing department or Sales/KAM functions
* Suppliers and Debtors
* Banks
* Follow up the collection
Qualifications
* Professional Experience and Education
* Fluent English written and spoken to lead correspondence with FHCS group wide stakeholders
* Experience (1-3 years) working in the finance and accounting area
* Specific knowledge:
* Good Local GAAP and IFRS Accounting knowledge
* FI module of SAP or other System in the country applied for the relevant area of responsibility
