Position Summary:
The individual is expected to be highly proficient in both Microsoft Excel and
PowerPoint and being be able to produce quality presentations specific to
finance/operational reports; providing business recommendations for
management review.
The individual is also expected have a strong financial background along with
working experience in managing timely Statement of Accounts,
coordinating closure with Finance dept. on accounts payable/receivables
positions, monthly cost review of operations cost center reports, monthly
finance accruals along with any other ad-hoc support required.
Accurate and timely processing and handling of various service vendors
invoices, governmental receipts, and so forth.
