Job Description
Our Client: A last-mile distribution company is looking for a Shared Services
Director in human resources, business information systems, information
security, engagement, and internal communication as well as administrative
affairs.
Your Role: In addition to the development of the shared services strategy in
alignment with the company's strategy and leading the implementation to ensure
robust business growth while partnering and providing leadership counseling to
CEO and C suite to maximize performance results and efficiency across the
company. Establish the company's objectives, KPI's, operating model, and
structure. Establish shared service's organizational structure to support
business strategic direction, growth, and delivery. Streamlining and
development of shared services policies and procedures. Improve shared service
productivity and reduce overall cost. Establishment of information security
department, strategy, and SOP's. Establishment of internal communication and
engagement department.
Must Haves: 8+ years of experience in shared services. A degree or equivalent
and relevant professional qualifications. High delivery oriented, can operate
practically with pace and energy to deliver in a timely manner. Understands
strategic planning and organizational design techniques.
