Overview
Manage the activation and execution of all Saudi 's Back Office and Local
business service delivery agenda for Employee Services, TA, TM, TR, Learning,
Facilities, ER and Temp. Labor services in his/her designated locations.
Implement continuous improvement and automation opportunities to the current
process
Support and Team up with CBS leads in services deliverables
Responsibilities
* Team up with the Local/Sector in delivering the planned HR strategies, aligned with the annual HR activation calendar to facilitate effective planning and field activation with timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources
* Ensure a consistent service delivery of HR Ops back office and Local business services to all concerned parties
* Oversea and manage the service deliveries of the following activities:
Employee Services
* Centralized E-filing Administration and Routing P-file documents from locations
* Employee documents authentication and distribution (contracts, pay slips..etc.)
* Onboard the new hires on HR systems
* Availing Vacation Benefit
* Health certification admistration
* Administering disciplinary letters
* Employee exit management and clearance procedures
* Medical, Life Insurance, GOSI deletion of Enrolment
* GOSI - Injury reporting
Talent Acquisition
* Manage fairs / Local Institutions hiring
* Coordinate Preboarding & Onboarding support for locations (including offer letter, contract prep, Pre joining medical check, etc.)
* Medical, Life Insurance, GOSI new hire Enrolment
* Support TA admin in L3- hiring process Total Reward
* Payroll related inputs (T&A, Leaves, HR related one time payments, etc.)
* All Benefits Enrollment
* Benefits Tier 1 Query handling
* Spot Award & other R&R
* Prepare clearance form for salesman vacation & submit to GR
OD and TM Support
* PMP on ground activation for F, G
* Yhala/Front Liners Training roll outs
* Learning logistics support
* People process & COC roll outs
* Conducting in-touch sessions
* Audit/Visit support
HR Ops and Service delivery
* Ensure that the BU HR ops transactions are done within the the global/sector/local agreed SLAs and KPIs
* Work as the BU spoc for all HR Ops team projects deliverables and partner in any change initiatives or key projects that will drive HR related changes required, including the provision of management information as and when required
* Work on improving and streamlining the processes related to EE life cycles and services and channeling the opportunities and field feedback to the relevant stakeholders
* Conduct self-audits across Saudi to ensure different activities in scope, documents, procedures & systems are within set guidelines
* Create an inclusive culture for team members and ensure they are motivated, engaged and aligned with HR Ops LBS strategy.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional experience in HR preferable in HR ops
* Customer orientation
* Process management, design thinking and continuous improvement
* Proven Leadership and Management skills
* Organization change management
* Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR Tools and Interfaces.
