* Import Export Clearance follow up with broker / freight forwarding
* Preparing customs official letters , Invoice Legalization and COO construction
* SFDA notification online
* Preparing Payment request for Import Export shipment expenses
* Updating daily , weekly Excel Reports
* Export Invoicing on JD. Oracle system
