KONE Middle East & Africa is embarking upon an exciting growth phase through
direct presence in 10 countries and more than 60 distributor markets within
the region. To complement our growth plans, Service & Maintenance is
considered to be a strategic priority for our business.
We have a challenging opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to
be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be accountable to plan, manage and control the
field service operations according to the service contract requirements, the
company policies and KONE processes.
The Maintenance Engineer will also be the first point of contact for all
technical or operational issues raised by the customer and accountable for the
cost of the maintenance field operations (callouts, service repairs, planned
maintenance).
A service mindset is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value
and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record
of being a go-getter and a strong leader along with a customer-focused
attitude.
Are you the one?
* Bachelor 's Degree in Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of Elevators experience with a proven track record in a similar role
* Excellent understanding about the Service/ Maintenance business
* Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service
* Strong leadership abilities, operation analysis skills and ability to plan for improvement
* Fluent in English communication skills
