Job description
* To offer informed solutions and services to customers by using range knowledge in assembly, kitchen installation, transport and finance to help customers make informed choices
* Able to explain and demonstrate the IKEA kitchen system and support customers by providing clear and structured guides through kitchen planning and buying process
* Help gather relevant information by seeking to understand customers' needs and support customers with accurate kitchen design and layout
* Maximize sales by knowing your top selling products and do sales steering and keeping yourself aware on stock availability
* Work with kitchen service provider closely to ensure IKEA kitchens are delivered and installed on time
Qualification
* Good knowledge with kitchen planning, layout, site measurement and kitchen installation
* Customer-serviced focused with a passion for sales in retail home furnishing business
* Problem solver, self-motivated and a strong team player
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with basic knowledge of PC
* You have interest to progress to a leadership role in future
* Should have an interest in people 's everyday life at home and home furnishing.
