has an opening for a Collection Officer in Jeddah. You will
responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support with readily
available advice for Credit & Collections, account Receivable activities and
tasks to minimize outstanding and achieve compliance in line with internal and
external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements.

In this Collection Officer position
* You will be responsible to Collect, compile and file required data for various collection activities
* You will ensure compliance with OTC policy and credit management processes.
* You will act as a relationship builder across internal functions
* You will support compliance to policies, procedures, and SOPs for OTC policy
* You will have to make use of appropriate usage of MA!N and timely resolution of all action items
* You will timely follow up with customers on ageing debt and performing pre-emptive calls and escalate to tower lead where required, providing specific details to enable swift action to be taken.
* You will be responsible to CSI or key customer contacts on a timely basis
* You will review customer accounts within portfolio and proactively request credit limit amendments, top up payments and issue credit hold warnings.
* You will help to develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers from a finance perspective

• Min ‎1- ‎2 years of experience within the same field


• Superior MS Excel skills and very strong accounting literacy


• Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.


• Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude and service excellence
