Has experience in site development infrastructure and the building industry or
similar industry and has Health, safety, and Environment (HSE) experience on
large projects and in coordinating with in-kingdom HSE organizations.
Capable of
* Preparing HSE plans for infrastructure and building projects.
* Evaluating Workplace Safety compliance.
* Conducting safety Audit, generate audit report and ensure compliance with client Safety requirement.
* Conducting safety weekly meeting with contractor.
* Carrying out weekly safety leadership walkthrough tour.
* Reviewing HSE section of contractor weekly progress report.
* Reviewing Contractor safety statics and manhours reported weekly.
* Reporting contractor and staff manhours monthly in Worley assurance system
* Ensure the PMO HSE report within 7 days of receiving the report
* Preparing safety train matrix and training plan and monitor compliance.
* Reviewing contractor Method statement and Risk assessment and suggest additional control measures when required.
* Reviewing Contractor's and subcontractor safety prequalification.
* Preparing and conducting weekly toolbox talks.
* Recommending corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
* Developing emergency response plans and monitor its effectiveness via drills.
* Carrying out Safety Campaigns.
* Issuing Site instructions, NCRs, Penalties, and administrative letters
* Investigating accident / incident
Essential Skills/Experience
* BSc Hons in Engineering or related degree,
