Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Manager will provide guest services as well as
supervision, direction, and leadership in the Guest Relations Department in
accordance with the objectives, performance, consistency, and quality
standards established by Shangri‐La Hotels and Resorts.
As a Guest Relations Manager, we rely on you to,
To have knowledge of the operational systems at the Front Office.
To have complete knowledge of Shangri‐La’s standard operating policies and
procedures.
Supervises the Guest Relations operation and workflow to maximize guests’
satisfaction.
Establishes relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty.
Actively obtains feedback from guests to improve services and facilities.
Is familiar with all happening in the hotel, arrivals, departures, and
see‐offs of guests staying in‐house or attending a function.
Is familiar with VIP room blocks and conducts random inspections of rooms.
What we are Looking For:
Has previous experience in luxury hotels.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory position with experience and knowledge of
Front Office / Guest Relations
Articulate, presentable and well groomed.
Enjoys interacting with people.
Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented.
Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English.
