Must have experience working in Tourism / Tour Operating company
My client is seeking a Operations Officer to join their growing team in Saudi
Arabia. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient
transportation services for Tourists in Saudi Arabia. You will manage the
transfer operations including logistics, customer service and enhance overall
visitor experience.
Duties Include:
SKILLS
Knowledge of Transportation Operations:
Deep understanding of transportation operations, including airport transfers,
ground transportation, and tour services. Familiarity with relevant
regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.
Logistics and Planning:
Strong skills in logistics and planning, including route optimization,
scheduling, and capacity management. Ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Customer Service Excellence:
Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to
handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient
manner.
Partner Management:
Experience in managing relationships with transportation providers,
negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective
partnerships.
