The Tamheer Training is a 3-6 month Program, and it is an investment in young
talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to
perform their traineeship in GE business. The trainee-ship duration varies
upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee
and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring
understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
In line with Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified
Saudi nationals
Roles and Responsibilities :
* Provide support with EHS daily activities and KPIs
* Plan for EHS GENBAs, audits and site visits
* Follow up for EHS KPIs and ensure compliance with EHS management system at site and offices
* Ensure EHS implementation in GA SABAP integration Facilities.
* Prepare for EHS meeting and EHS toolbox talk and safety inductions.
* Follow up with the team for NCPs (Quality)
* Prepare quality meeting
* Support preparation of ISO audits
* Follow up continuous improvement actions
* Coordinate with team for triggering CERs
* Support customers for any quality related topics for customer satisfaction
* Follow up with integration facilities QC team to ensure that the processes are followed
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, mechanical engineering or relative field.
* Meeting Tamheer criteria per HADAF.
* Fresh Graduate. Not registered in Saudi Social Insurance GOSI for at least the 6 months.
* Basic EHS knowledge such as electrical safety, LOTO, Risk Assessment, contractor management, Motor Vehicles, confined space, etc.
* Basic Quality knowledge for QMS, ISO 9001:2015, audits, etc.
* Ability to communicate in a professional English level.
Desired Characteristics
* Knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment.
* Knowledge of the power system theory, such as voltage, current, resistance, power , symmetrical components, etc.
