Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to deliver
outstanding service and create a memorable dining experience for the guests.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the meal operations in
the outlet is smooth and all guests are well taken by the team of trained
staff.

As a Restaurant Manager, we rely on you to:
Achieving the highest service standards and exceeding high guest expectations
daily
In conjunction with the FOH/BOH management teams, accomplish human resources
objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning schedules, and
reviewing.
Effectively enforce company policies and procedures
Achieving operational objectives of all outlets by preparing and completing
action plans, and implementing productivity, quality, and standards of
service.
Maintaining restaurant revenue.
Develop managers and employees by ensuring regular one-on-ones, training and
development, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Manages F&B; budgets and costs.
Forecasting the profit and loss accountability.
Develop operational procedures for The Restaurant.
Maintains and implements standards of quality in all food and beverage service
operations.
Carries out supervisory responsibility following policies and procedures.
Ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the
operational guidelines.
Ensures established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained.
Oversees correct receipt, storage, and handling of food and beverage products
to always ensure quality and freshness.
Maintain guest service experience.

What we're looking for:
Great conversational skills for engaging with guests.
Minimum of ‎2 years of experience in ‎5 Star Hotels
Strong English skills
Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
