Plans and supervises the operations of all transportation services required by
the KFSH&RC - Jeddah Branch.
1. Supervises contractor 's daily work activities.
2. Checks the transportations operations to ensure that it meets contract
terms and conditions, and Evaluates contractor's performance and updates
payment requests against invoices.
3. Orients and updates all drivers periodically with new methods of safety
and defensive techniques.
4. Oversees training/ orientation of new drivers and dispatchers.
5. Ensures that safe driving performance is practiced and observed, Enforces
safety rules and regulations for transportation section.
6. Supervises the implementation of performance management programs.
7. Performs safety inspections of all KFSH&RC vehicles and mobile equipment.
Reports deficiencies and ensures that corrective action is taken.
8. Ensures that vehicles and equipment are operated and maintained properly.
9. Performs visual check on vehicles cleanliness.
10. Monitors of fleet use, recommends resources updates to meet new KFSH&RC
developments.
11. Ensures and updates transportation routes, trips, and schedules to meet
demands.
Bachelor 's in Hospital, Business Administration, or other related discipline
is required.
Three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor 's is required.
Valid commercial vehicle operator / driver 's license.
