  • Develop Sector annual sales budgets and set sales targets for Medical reps under his responsibility.

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. Projecting expected sales volume for existing/ new products.

  • Optimizing sales volume with the proper product mix.

  • Conduct sales meetings regularly and review sales performance of the sales team.

  • Formulate action plans that improve sales team productivity.

  • Develop Sales strategies to capitalize on prospective business opportunities and open new business channels.

  • Develop market analysis, identify opportunities & exercise investment evaluation for best resources utilization.

  • Maintain and improve relationship with Key customers.

  • Accomplish people management objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and facilitating training for current/ new employees.

  • Communicate job expectations, and plans., monitor, appraise and review performance through field and non-field coaching.

  • Identify Development needs for his team.

  • Maintain and develop team culture and values through endorsing transparency and straight talk manner.

  • In collaboration with all supporting functions across the company to ensure maximum alignment.

  • Be a role model and promote the company`s purpose, value, and behaviors.

  • Work closely with KSA National Sales Manager to ensure compliance with legal policies, procedures, and regulations.


Qualification, Experience:
* BSC of Pharmaceutical Science or other related medical degree.
* MBA or equivalent is a plus.
* ‎2-‎3 years' experience in well reputable company & previous managerial experience is a plus.
* Experience in oncology would be a plus.
