Role Purpose:
To manage Services Programs by promoting and enhancing existing Bupa Arabia
Service Programs such as Tebtom and Rahatkom in addition to added key
propositions with full alignment from critical operations departments to
achieve common goal of customer satisfaction & Bupa Arabia differentiation in
the market.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Programs Promotion:
* Increase awareness for the existing programs (Tebtom/Rahatkom) both internally & externally.
* Align specific services & features for marketing promotion with key stakholders from the departments Point of Care, Healthcare Services & Digital Factory.
* Achieve campaign concepts in order to drive a clear business and operational objective.
* Support the Trade Marketing team in Commercial activations (Client specific awarness)
* Coordinate the internal communication plan for the service programs with HR Internal Communications team.
* Track execution activities and identify areas that require optimization.
* Report service program outcomes with stakeholders and management for review.
* Manage all communication and branding requirements for existing & new programs.
2- Program Maintenance & Audit:
* Manage Service Programs operations to support key departments in areas of physical location maintenance (Rahatkom stations) to delegate and digital websie design and maintenance.
* Recommend program enhancements through customer insights and perspectives in coordination with the insights team.
* Evaluate customer experience with Service Programs and accordingly recommend enhancements towards the current services provided.
* Support in analyzing reports and action plans to seize opportunities in the market.
