OCC Specialist

Your Role

• Under the direction of the OCC Manager, your role will be to supervise and support administration of OFR activities as part of the OFR pricing & RFQ/tender management plans and processes


• You will support the commercial plans in line with business objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies

You will act as a differentiator:

• You will be the Individual contributor with the ability to work under moderate supervision


• You will also use the basic knowledge (vocational or technical) of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and to solve problems as a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures

In this OCC Specialist position

• Under supervision, you will be able to provide administrative support for timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs.


• You will support general admin tasks to draft and submit relevant documents for tenders.


• You will comply with established procedures to maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries.


• You will also help in the classification of basic information to consolidate, record information and handle day-to-day shipment documentation


• You will assist in reporting recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development.


• To the Stakeholders, you will be responsible to explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines


• One of your goal will be to support and interact primarily with colleagues of own team and communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation and address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships
