Your Profile
* Masters or bachelor 's degree in Business, Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
* Strong operational experience (+‎7 years) in leading a Finance function for an international organization as well as experience in working with corporate (finance) functions, Tax, TCF, Real Estate, Communications, etc.
* Experience in People Management
* Solid understanding in financial controlling, management accounting (IFRS) and Siemens Energy FRGs, reporting systems/ environment as well as in ERP and Finance systems.
* International experience either outside of the home country or in a global corporation or function with strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and partners around the world.
* Strong and shown experience in turnkey project business.
* Capability to lead multiple priorities and reporting requirements.
* Proactive, dynamic, critical & results oriented as well as collaborative and a phenomenal teammate with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
* Role model for the Finance community and actively demonstrating our Leadership Essentials
* Proficient English
Your Responsibilities
* In your role as a trusted partner to the Head of the Grid Solution Execution Unit in Saudi Arabia and as a key member of the Middle East Grid Solution Finance Leadership Team you govern all financial and risk management aspects of your respective Subregion
* You will collaborate in the definition of the strategy and play a vital role in achieving the strategic and business objectives set by the Middle East Grid Solution Organization located in UAE.
* You are responsible for the integrity of books and records, Financial Planning and Controlling of all relevant business and support processes and an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System as well as, to differing degrees, Financing, Tax and Capital management.
* Management of sophisticated offers and tenders, interfaces to sales, customers, financing organizations, contract, claim and receivables management, risk management for external partners and logistics.
* Lead, review, handle and raise Finance matters as appropriate e.g., legal topics and compliance to financial guidelines, financial legal entity governance, financial risk management, foreign exchange and liquidity as well as other critical topics.
* Support and drive the transformation and functional optimization in your organization and regularly communicate within the organization (All Employee Meetings, Townhalls, Round Tables, etc.)
* Make people development a priority by identifying, developing, and retaining talents.
