Siemens Energy Generation Services delivers service solutions for gas
turbines, steam turbines, generators to increase efficiency, reliability and
availability throughout the entire lifecycle of customers ' assets. We partner
with our customers to achieve optimal performance and success by offering
maintenance services, modernizations and upgrades, operation and maintenance
support, remote monitoring, lifetime extensions and digital services for the
power plan.
As a senior member of the Egypt Operations team, responsible for the financial
management of all Operations departments. Operations includes Field Services,
Tooling, Service Centre and Training Centre.

Your Profile
* Degree in Finance or similar from a reputable college or university
* Significant experience in a finance department, preferably in a project/service environment
* Strong finance background, especially in the areas of accurate planning and forecasting with the ability to explain trends and numerical analysis.
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
* Excellent command of English
* Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
* Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
* Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
* Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
* Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
* Proficient in MS Office suite
Your Responsibilities
* Leads efficient planning, forecasting and performance controlling functions for Egypt Operations and contributes to monthly, quarterly and annual forecast commitments for GS ME Financial KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
* Drives cost controlling and productivity analysis.
* Supports day-today business activities and works as strategic partner to the Operations and Service Centre managers.
* Develop medium and long term strategy for recruitment and investments for Egypt Service Operations.
* Demonstrable strategic orientation; an out-of-box thinker with a clear focus on problem solving.
* Human Resource Planning, selection, management, assessment and development of employees in the area of responsibility to ensure long-term target achievement.
