Coordinator Product Delivery

Job Purpose:
Coordinate in all Product Delivery functions according to approved rules and
procedures to achieve desired objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
* Coordinate with all relevant department in regard of dining services and commissary.
* Provide flight requirements of nutrition services, commissary and equipment.
* Prepare meals lists according to passengers number and special requests.
* Assists in developing services and procedures of nutrition and commissary.
* Prepare catering and commissary plans.
* Implement procedures of expenses control to make sure of provide the best services.
* Sort and classified the reports of cabin crew and follow-up the actions taken.
* Send, receive and follow-up telexes related to nutrition and commissary.
* Handle In-flight services reports in the cabin control center system.
* Keep stocks of catering utensils, bedspreads and bathroom fitting and so on.
* Travel on the flights when needed to provide services related to nutrition, commissary and equipment.
* Perform any other tasks related to the field of work as directed by supervisor.
SKILLS
Required q ualifications:
* High school with at least (4) years of work experience with a minimum of (1) year of experience in relative field.
* Preferred who has Diploma in Catering or any related major with at least (2) years of work experience.
Experience in Product Delivery is preferred.
Required English Test:
* Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS.
* The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed three years from the application date.
* Other English Tests will not be accepted.
* The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.
* If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website)
