* Ensures that butlers are aware of arrival time in order to meet for in room check in.

He attends to all check inns / and check outs at the reception in a
professional manner following the LQA/GAP Audit.
*
Ensures entering of all guest data in the Ministry of Interior computer on
arrival and departure.
* Applies corporate rate to guests who are entitled to such facility.
* Ensures proper updates of guest history.
