Project Management Lead

Advisory Firm.
We are headquartered in London, Singapore and Dubai, working throughout the
Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our areas of expertise are represented in four
core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy
and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Management Lead who will support the
implementation of the effective, high quality and timely Project Management
functions as part of the project management unit.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:
* Will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of the Project
* Preparing and maintaining the Project Management Plan Documents, throughout all the phases of the Project
* Preparing and maintaining overall Project Schedule for internal project control activities and general development control, integrating Consultants schedules.
* Will be responsible for managing, monitoring and tracking overall project performances
* Ensure that Project milestones are delivered on schedule and within budget, meeting quality standards, throughout all the project phases
* Ensure and manage adequate coordination and communication with functional managers, subject matter experts and divisions throughout all the phases of the project, as per communication plans
Essential skills:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering and a Project Management Certification
* International or GCC driving license
* ‎10 years experience in a similar role
* ‎5 years regional experience
