Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Procurement Lead to join our
team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of
northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of
Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq
mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

Responsibilities:
* The Facilities Management (FM) Procurement Lead is accountable to manage procurement and supply of the potential FM Operators activities efficiently and effectively by providing strategic perspective.
* The development of procurement and supply chain strategies to deliver maximum value for the future FM assets through the FM Operators and in line with best practices.
* Gather market intelligence, leverage and promote JV/JOAs best practices within MP. Provide expert advice to the NEOM FM and NEOM Procurement on key strategic decisions of the FM Operators such as procurement plans, contracting strategies, operator outreach, PQQ development, scope of work development, award recommendations and supply chain risks and mitigations.
* Provide strategic Procurement leadership and advice for FM Operators supply chain and procurement activities.
* To confirm the adequacy of financial resources to underpin the achievement of FM Operator Contract strategy and objectives.
* Implement accurate monthly reporting of progress against budget, procurement activities and other key performance indicators as set down by the NEOM FM Team.
* To positively influence key stakeholders within the Project.
* Support contract negotiations in coordination with NEOM FM and NEOM Procurement.
* Recommend FM Operators.
Qualifications
* Degree / Masters, in supply chain management, economics, finance or operations or engineering.
* Minimum of +5 years of experience in senior roles in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
* MCIPS (Full Member of Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
