Responsibilities
Job Description
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and peripherals
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
* Providing technical support for computing scope by phone or physical touch
* Repairing and replacing computer hardware as necessary
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
* Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
* Shift work required
PREFERRED:
* Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field
* Preferably entry level specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent
* Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
