Job Description
*
Review and prepare cost analysis of contractor direct and supplier costs,
including additional works, spare parts thresholds and project variations
* Coordinate & manage RFQ/RFP reviews and requests
* Negotiating with suppliers over variations in contracts
* Managing framework suppliers
* Advising on spend and other procurement analysis/reports
* Supporting the client to deliver cost benefits and maximise value for money and results
* Analyze invoices to ensure accuracy of goods or services delivered and prepare certificates of completion
* Develop and own benchmarking through contractor and market analysis to compile a data base for consumables, spares and additional works SOR's
* Support KPI evaluations
* Support preparation of monthly reports by providing inputs
* Support contract audits & compliance
* Support in preparing budgets/forecasting

Qualifications

Minimum ‎6 years experince in the same filed.
