We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Collection Executive in
Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Collections Manager you will be
responsible for managing the branch collections process and maximizing branch
cash flow by engaging actively with KONE customers.
What will you do?
* Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
* Optimize branch receivable turns and maintain direct customer contact on receivable requirements
* Monitor & maintain assigned accounts - Customer calls, visits, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations & processing credit memos
* Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
* Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
* Communicate & follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
* Provide weekly reports on collection activities to Credit & Collections Manager
* ‎70% of your activities will be on the field.
Are you the one?
* ‎3+ years of experience in high volume collections on field working directly with customers preferably within B2B industries
* Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
* Goal oriented multitasker with strong attention to detail
* Commitment to excellent customer service with demonstrated ability in negotiations
* Fluent Arabic speaker, as well as working knowledge of English
* Good MS Office skills
* To comply with the current labor regulations, this role is only open for Saudi nationals
