Coordinates with concerned departments in the preparation of bid documents
including development of specifications, terms, and conditions. Ensures that
contractual and governmental rules and regulations are complied. Follows up on
all transactions related to projects and contracts as directed by the
director.
Master 's or Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Hospital Administration,
Accountancy, Law, or any other related field is required.
Grade 09:
One (1) year of experience in contractmanagement, or other related filed with
Master 's Degree; or three (3) years ofsimilar qualifications with Bachelor's
Degree is required.
Grade 10:
Three (3) year of experience in contractmanagement, or other related filed
with Master 's Degree; or five (5) years ofsimilar qualifications with
Bachelor's Degree, includingtwo (2) years of (Grade 09) experience is
required.
