About the Role
To provide counsel in legal matters, responsible for the effective and
efficient management of the Legal department, provision of legal advisory
services and ensures effective management of any legal risks for the
Hospitalt.
About You
Ideally, candidate would have the following:
* Bachelor degree in Law, Updated knowledge of all the commercial, civil, medical and labor laws
* 8 years of experience as legal advisor in any company
* Experience in interpreting legislation into practical application
* Experience in training and communicating legal requirements and procedures
* Experience in formulating policies, employment contracts, agreements with external parties
* Strong communication skills both in English & Arabic
* Proficient in using MS Office systems
* Must be residing in Kuwait
