* Providing advice on a wide range of legal matters affecting the business operations, including in connection with a variety of corporate and commercial transactions.
* Reviewing and drafting different types of agreements and legal documents.
* Working closely with the Head of Legal in Egypt and other members of our international legal team to support business growth and operations.
* Supporting key internal stakeholders in connection with all-related legal matters.
* Liaising with external lawyers and other advisers to ensure business objectives are met efficiently and comprehensively.
This role is being handled by the Energean recruitment team and no agency
