Job Title : Personnel Affairs Officer
Report To : Manager, HR Department
Candidate Profile:
* Requirement open for Arab nationals.
* Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relevant.
* 3-5 years of experience.
* Knowledge of HR
* Preferred candidates with Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage employment procedures.
* Manage probation period of newly hired employees with coordination with direct managers.
* Manage employee files according to the adopted system.
* Follow up with employment confirmation / termination of employees under probation period.
* Prepare monthly salary report.
* Manage requests of visit visas, renewal, and transfer of residencies.
* Manage employee leaves.
* Prepare annual leave plan.
* Follow up with the procedures of employees leaves and return from leaves.
* Manage the procedures of employee resignation / termination.
* Prepare regular reports.
* Manage the activities of the representative.
* Any other tasks may be required.
