(Kuwait) Looking for Guest Relation Agent for a 5 star luxury hotel.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to
the following:
* Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guest, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure.
* Effectively handle guest complaints by understanding the issues, following up the results and making sure to resolve the issue & reach guest full satisfaction.
* Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to respond to guest queries.
* Keep all hotel supporting departments informed of necessary information or requests
* Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service work experience with ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Problem Solving abilities & attention to details
* Work proficiency in Reading, Writing & Communication skill in English.
* Preferably candidates who can speak Arabic Language
