International multi-faceted group looking to appoint a General Manager to
oversee the introduction of a new school in Kuwait.
The Academic Director will:
* Installation of new school
* Project manage the construction
* Develop and support strategic planning processes within the Institute.
* Develop strategy for, and leadership of, the induction, progression and outcomes of students.
* Maintain oversight of improving student outcomes, NSS/TEF/DLHE key performance indicators.
* Line-manage Programme Leaders and Academic Co-ordinators to enhance and ensure the quality of provision and student outcomes.
* Identify, develop and foster the talent needed to deliver the Institute's strategy and goals.
* Demonstrate a high level of strategic thinking and planning in order to deliver the Institute's goals, both internally and externally.
* Understand the complexities of the education sector
* Demonstrate awareness and responsiveness to sector changes and be able to communicate these to staff
To be selected for this position, you will ideally be coming from an early
childhood / primary school management background, ideally with experience in
new school planning.
