Note: This role requires Arabic speaking female candidates with strong
experience in managing retail boutique , passionate about skin care &
cosmetics, and are currently residing or willing to relocate to Kuwait.
Job Responsibilities:
Team Management
- Set team schedule (timing and vacation) to ensure full coverage and maximize peak hour and seasonality.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager to recruit the staff and anticipate recruitment needs.
- Assess the team to develop them accordingly (strength, weaknesses, trainings).
- Conduct appraisals in line with regional HR guidelines.
- Motivate the team to meet target and save guard team building spirit.
- Make sure that standards for quality and customer service are met.
Business Development
- Set the annual and monthly sell out target per line.
- Coordinate (give relevant inputs) with marketing to set a trade plan and ensure its execution.
- Build close relation with Mall Management.
- Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales based on current trend.
- Submit the monthly sales report along with an action plan in line with the results.
- Liaise with marketing department to guaranty PR coverage. Communicate all customer complaints and comments.
Finance
- Conduct monthly inventories.
- Manage and submit petty cash balance.
- Set the needed investment based on sales target.
- Budget and monitor A&P need.
Delivering the best-selling service to customers
- Lead the consultation and personalize the beauty ritual, understanding customers' concerns.
- Demonstrate the products in line with the business protocols.
- Offer cross-sell and cross-sample recommendations to customers.
- Handle product objections and overcome selling challenges.
Knowing and managing your customer
- Systematically collect and record and maintain accurate customers' data information, observing confidentiality.
- Support any CRM activities decided at store level.
Knowing your offer
- Deliver products combination and product alternative proposals.
- Remain informed of brand information and share the relevant information with customers.
Being a Brand Ambassador and activating your network
- Follow beauty trends and competitors' news.
- Share the brand's 360° presence, promoting brand's social media.
Ensuring operations excellence
- Apply everyday grooming, styling standards and guidelines, uniform to be worn at all times (hair, uniform, nails, make-up look, e-attitude), maintain a high level of personal hygiene and make sure all the team members are following the same standards.
- Execute POS process and correctly use POS tools to maximize efficiency.
Ensuring POS attractiveness
- Participate to POS administration and ensure a high standard of hygiene.
- Execute merchandising guidelines in the store.
- Maintain optimum level of stocks, testers, samples and disposable sales tools.
- Contribute to the perfect execution of launches, ongoing trade marketing animations and in-store events.
Job Requirements:
- Attested Bachelor's Degree holder from university.
- 6+ years Beauty-related experience and/or Retail experience, knowledge
of company's products is advantageous (Skin Care, Make-Up application, Number
of years, Cosmetic or Non-Cosmetic brand, etc.)
- Team management experience for minimum 2 years.
- Good level of education
- English and Arabic knowledge is a MUST.
- A passion for Beauty (strong interest & curiosity about news, brands, competitors, etc.)
