Charterhouse is working with an established healthy meal plan company in
Kuwait who are looking to hire a Research and Development Chef to join their
team, reporting to the Group Executive Chef.
About the role
Your main responsibility will be to develop new recipes and meals to further
expand the meal plan options and constantly provide fresh new options. Focused
on providing a portfolio of options to the clients in terms of low carb,
gluten free, fitness, pregnancy and diabetic friendly meals.
The Research and Development Chef will work independently to develop the
recipes and as train the team of chefs accordingly in the execution. Working
closely with the Group Executive Chef you will be responsible for consistently
supporting and executing the vision and direction of the brand.
About you
The successful candidate should be an experienced Chef with a proven track
record in recipe and menu development, with a focus on healthy and specialised
dietary requirement menus. A passion for healthy food and lifestyle is of
added value.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Middle East but this is not
essential.
