Purpose and Scope of the Job
The Security Team leader is responsible for overseeing the activities of the
security shift which provides safety and protects all patrons, employees and
company assets. And assign responsibilities incident and/ or customer
complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards

Responsibilities of the Security Team Leader in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities including staff
training; Handling complaints and resolving problems. Maintains regular,
consistent attendance record.

Knowledgeable of adhere all rules and regulations, policies and orders.
Provides protection for the organization. Examine doors, windows, and gates to
ensure security compliance, use master key to open and closing building,
Remain alert for presence of unauthorized persons and / or security violators.

Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or
property damage theft, presences of unauthorized persons or unusual
occurrences. Answer the telephone calls to take message, answer question.

Provide periodical training for security team members and to prepare them up
to date.

Identify any abnormal findings and efficiently solve problems.

Monitor and control of traffic near to hospital premises.

Preparing daily report of Valet parking collection.

Ensure all steps to be taken for customer and employee satisfaction.

Ensures quality and patient safety practices are followed

Provides or promotes patient and family-centered care.

Promotes inclusive health by providing equitable and accessible care to
patients and families with special needs.
