creating sales strategies across all markets. But, here, your innovation will
do more than just improving sales strategies.


As a B2C Activation Executive, you will ensure B2C offline activation in
Kuwait in terms of deploying relevant programs for RRP and CC in order to
reach Country KPIs, Brand/Channel NPS, LAS/LAU, sales volumes and SoM.


Your 'day to day'



  • Support the line manager in analyzing and proposing solutions for offline plans and strategy preparation for 3rd party agency capability development to enhance the awareness and acquisition of our brands.

  • Collaborate on daily, weekly, monthly level without 3rd party agency to define, align and implement offline programs.

  • Prepare monthly route plans for Experts and Coaches to ensure proper coverage of the territories. Based on route plans, ensure timely filling of time sheets to release monthly agency payments and be aligned with our financial P&P and contracts in place.

  • Lead on the expert's individual development plans and ensure progress against plans that will enhance the CJ at AP and other channels.

  • Ensure proper education of Experts and Coaches to enhance learn/experience phases through try/buy/advocate states KPIs through regular OTJ, audits and daily visits. Motivate and engage the Experts and Coaches to outperform in their positions. Minimize the rotations and exits to be financially efficient.

  • Prepare reports on the results of people development and ensure corrective actions are in place to minimize wrong information sharing about our products and keep relevant stakeholders informed on the progress.

  • Respect and control that all PMI P&Ps are implemented in the market in order to adhere to the local and PMI regulations, and minimize Company's exposure.

  • Ensure accurate and timely partnership with the distributor so our portfolio is available in APs to maximize satisfaction of our consumers.


Who we're looking for



  • You have a bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing

  • You have minimum ‎2 years of professional experience in sales, marketing (preferably in FMCG and field sales)

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus

  • Proficiency in Ms. Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • You have excellent command in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).


The candidate should be already based in Kuwait with transferable residency
visa and a valid driving license (minimum ‎1-year active driver).
