What is essential for us in a PASTRY CHEF:

* Expertise level of time management
* High level of experience working in busy pastry sections
* Able to listen intently and then pass on knowledge to junior chefs
* Can handle pressurised services and help others keep calm
* Eye for detail and able to create luxury presented dessert platters
\- Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other staff. \- Prepare a variety of baked goods \- Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way \- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
