Participate in warehouse and logistics related activities in order to ensure
safety, quality and efficiency of the operations.
1. Perform receiving and shipping activities in optimized manner.
2. Ensure implementation and adherence of Toyota Logistics elements in order
to run the operations in a standardized manner.
3. Report irregularities in picking and binning operations to the In-charge
and provide support in taking corrective action.
4. Collect critical parts and update critical part list in order to attend to
special customer orders.
5. Pick parts according to the part number and quantity mentioned in the
picking list and bring it to checking area as per the SOPs.
6. Transfer inter branch parts requests accurately and in accordance with the
Logistics diagram.
7. Receive and record parts returned by the branches or customers.
8. Ensure compliance to 5S standards specified by TMC.
9. Identify areas for improvement and recommend kaizen ideas or suggestions
to Manager.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal
communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
