Job Description :
- Assist Direct manager in day to day tasks
- Handling of all administrative work
- Serving as the main contact for office supplies, bills and shipping
- Organizing an executive's calendar and scheduling meetings with employees
and customers
- Collaborating with the human resources department to update employee
procedures
- Coordinating with the IT department on the allocation of office supplies
- Addressing customer questions and requests via phone or email
correspondence
- Greeting visitors upon arrival and performing additional clerical functions
as needed
