About the job
We are looking to hire a financial manager to analyze market trends and
various business opportunities from a financial perspective. To excel in this
role you should have an analytical mind and a keen understanding of how a
business works in the real world not just on paper. The candidate will be
responsible for managing the financial health of an organization in order to
promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices. Their
duties typically include financial planning to determine how to pay off
liabilities and grow the business, reviewing financial documents to ensure
compliance, and collaborating with other departments to achieve monetary
goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data,
compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the
financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments
including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, and conducting regular
assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations,
monitor and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards, and assist
with cash flow forecasting.
- Mediate between the organization, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors
on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s
status and financial forecasts.
- Ensuring financial legal requirements are met.
- Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and
business processes.
- Analyzing market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize
profits.
- Aiding management in financial decisions.
- Maintaining up-to-date financial system knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, Master's degree/ CPA / CMA is
preferred.
- Minimum of ‎10 years in finance experience, with at least ‎5 years of
managerial level.
- Strong familiar with CMA and Boursa Kuwait regulations
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills,
- Understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
- Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.

المالية. – التأكد من استيفاء المتطلبات القانونية المالية. - إيجاد طرق لتقليل
التكاليف أو الحفاظ عليها من خلال دراسة التقارير المالية والعمليات التجارية. -
تحليل اتجاهات السوق لاكتشاف الفرص التجارية وتعظيم الأرباح. - مساعدة الإدارة في
اتخاذ القرارات المالية. – الحفاظ على المعرفة الحديثة بالنظام المالي. المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة، ويفضل درجة الماجستير / CPA / CMA.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ‎10 سنوات في مجال الشؤون المالية، منها ‎5 سنوات على الأقل في
المستوى الإداري.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح هيئة أسواق المال وبورصة الكويت.
- معرفة قوية بالتخطيط والتحليل المالي.
- معرفة قوية بمهارات Microsoft Excel.
- قدرة ممتازة على حل المشكلات إلى جانب المهارات التحليلية القوية.
- فهم العمليات التجارية وتحسين الأنظمة.
- التفاعل المريح مع جميع مستويات الإدارة في مجالات متعددة.
- القدرة على مراجعة البيانات واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية ذات الصلة.
