Sales Executive
Job Description
Present the vehicles in good manners for selling as customers ‘needs and
interests, and respond for his requests to facilitate selling process as
company sales service way standard procedures.
Skills
· Greet the customer in good manner and provide good hospitality.
· Answer customers' questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, and
credit terms.
· Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features,
and recommend suitable types for their needs and interests.
· Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery
dates as customer’s needs aligned with Motors division policies.
· Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems
and to provide ongoing support.
· Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products,
prices, and sales.
· Obtain credit information about customers and all treatments’ issues.
· To insure the test drive was been done to the customer if required.
· Insure Customer satisfaction to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Scores.
