Receptionist Sales
About the job
o Sell Memberships, Packages and Retail (Execute sales process of lead
generation, follow up, and enrolment)
o Present available services to current or prospective members and assumes
responsibility for developing selling skills.
o Maintain acceptable levels of personal sales production by Booking quality
appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
o Ability to learn and use the software system & must have proficient computer
skills.
o Conduct gym tours while establishing a relationship, targeting individual’s
needs, and wants.
o Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including some holiday,
early-morning, and weekend availability.
o Emphasize and enforce objectives of studio.
o Must have clear English & Arabic language skills and have excellent
communication skills via in person, phone, and email.
o Manage the in-studio Experience.
· Check-in and greet clients & provide with either Shoes/Gloves/Equipment
required for Class
o Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and
community, and hospital events) to promote the
o Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
o Daily customer outreach, follow-up on leads, book classes for new clients
o Assumes responsibility for continuing of development in selling skills.
o Maintain brand standards and initiatives.
