About the job
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to
join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the
human resources and administrative functions within our organization. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent
organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive
work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding,
performance management, and employee relations.
Manage administrative functions such as facilities management, office
supplies, and vendor relationships
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters and ensure
adherence to company policies
Collaborate with senior management to drive initiatives that promote employee
engagement and retention
Qualifications:
Bilingual with ‎3+ years of progressive experience in HR management, with at
least ‎2 years in a supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build
effective working relationships

professionalism
