Mini&Mnay; company is now hiring a Canapé Chef Assistant
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking Canapé dishes professionally.
Execute directions from the Head Chef to ensure quality and craftsmanship.
Contribute to the development of the Canapé menu.
Monitor the quality of ingredients and ensure compliance with health
standards.
Work effectively with the kitchen team to achieve a distinctive dining
experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Canapé Chef Assistant.
Excellent skills in preparing and presenting Canapé dishes.
Good understanding of Canapé ingredients and cooking techniques.
Ability to work harmoniously with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Capacity to handle the pressure of a busy kitchen environment.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (reading, writing,
conversation).

مراقبة جودة المكونات والتأكد من مطابقتها للمعايير الصحية.
العمل بفعالية مع فريق المطبخ لتحقيق تجربة طعام مميزة.
مؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمساعد شيف كانابي.
مهارات ممتازة في إعداد وتقديم أطباق المقبلات.
فهم جيد لمكونات كانابيه وتقنيات الطبخ.
القدرة على العمل بانسجام مع رئيس الطهاة وفريق المطبخ.
القدرة على التعامل مع ضغط بيئة المطبخ المزدحمة.
إجادة اللغتين العربية
والإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، محادثة).
