HR Business Partner
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Handling and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective,
thorough and objective investigations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day
management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory
compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g.,
coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships,
build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning.
Performs professional work in coordinating, directing and supervising human
resources services functions in the such areas as recruitment, selection,
corrective actions and disciplinary activities and performs other assignments
as required such as in the area of implementing and maintaining Human
Resources Information Systems.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human
resource policies and procedures.
Handling the merit cycle program and working closely with managers to make
sure that project completed with best practice in line with company budget.
Assists as required to collect the manpower plan from Line Managers to create
the year workforce plan.
Develops and implements recruitment and selection tools, screens applicants
resume, schedules interviews & administers screening tools and writes
assessment report with hiring recommendation.
Check's applicant references, recommends salary range based on company salary
scale and issues offer letters for new hires.
Plans, conducts new orientation program to foster positive attitude toward
Company goals, administers and explains benefits to employees
Handling and processes all HRIS actions, includes but not limited to, creates
employee record through hiring GPA, transfers, promotes, terminates employees
record in addition to creating positions using correct org structure as
required.
Ensuring date accuracy and necessary updates took place through, regular
verification and maintaining any pay changes.
Advises employees of their pay changes and other remuneration issues,
including promotion and benefits.
Issues contracts. to fulfill legal contractual requirement.
Prepares employee separation notices and related legal documentation, and
conducts exit interviews to determine reason behind resignation/termination
and notifies employee with severance details if applicable.
Answers routine questions from employees and applicants about employment
procedures and policies, benefits and other HR-related topics
Support line Manager, drafts and maintains job description as requested
Implement current HR policies as recommend updates when required by changes in
the law or to improve the work practice.
Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants and
the public for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning
employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, and leaves, licenses
and related legal requirements.
Develops a wide variety of written materials (e.g. letters, forms, procedures,
brochures, pamphlets, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities,
providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
Follow up mandatory Projects/Tasks to assure busines unit on track (e.g Career
Progression - Objective Siting - Performance Appraisal - COI - Quarter

WIRELINE FIELD OPS CREW CHIEF
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties:
Pre-load job with no supervision.
Rig up and rig down wireline equipment.
Assist wireline crew during operations.
Make up tool string with minimum supervision.
Maintain and clean all wireline equipment.
Repair and maintain wireline equipment with little supervision.
Drive company vehicle to location when required.
Train Operator I, II, and III's.
Maintain neat housekeeping.
Available on a ‎24 hour basis to respond to customer needs.
Available to work long hours when required.
Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all
requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures
and Workplace Instructions.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of
Weatherford.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

WIRELINE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
Keeps the location neat, tidy and properly organized.
Controls, in collaboration with Engineers and the Wireline Manager; crew
rotation, sick leave, vacations and load charts of operators.
Assigns tasks to the operators / casual staff to keep the equipment in the
best of condition following the full preventive maintenance program.
Supervises the loading of logging tools and associated equipment into trucks,
pick ups, tool baskets or tool pallets going to the well site.
Knows and enforce safety regulations including, but not limited to, shop and
well site safety, explosives and radioactive storage.
Supervises in servicing, inspecting, maintaining, marking, and changing cables
and basic equipment.
Ensures that WFT policies and regulations are well understood, accepted and
followed by the operators under his supervision.
Is actively involved in preparing the jobs with the engineers and assigned
crew.
Assists the Wireline Manager and Engineers with the training of the crews.
Observes safe working practices, rules and regulations, wears all safety
equipment as required, and corrects and reports hazards immediately.
Works well with other employees to ensure the smooth operation of the
district.
Follows and directs the routine inspection schedules for the shop,equipment
and vehicles.
Safely drives and operates any transport vehicle and logging truck if
required.
Keeps track of driving license and training for all operators and organize
training if required.
Assists in well site operations or fishing operations if required.

for the Kuwait quality function to ensure quality. The Quality Manager role is
responsible for collaborating with the Geozone manager and country team, the
Product Lines, and the Service Delivery function to guide our overall Quality
efforts. The role provides leadership for quality activities related to ISO
and API certifications, owns the consolidated audit plan, ensures the Quality
