What will I be doing?
As a Spa Therapist, ultimately responsible for carrying out all spa treatments
and therapies according to Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards ensuring guest
satisfaction to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to
the highest standards:

Be fully trained and certified in carrying out all therapies and treatments
available to guests in the spa, in-room, or outdoors as per Waldorf Astoria

Prepare all treatments correctly and efficiently as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels

Communicate and assist guests as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards.
Work in a clean and hygienic manner as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels standards.
Carry out daily preparation of the Spa areas as per Waldorf Astoria Hotels
standards.
Report any incidents or odd behavior to the Spa Director and or Spa
Supervisor.
Ensure correct amounts of treatment products are used and wastage is
minimized.
Attend to duty in proper uniform, on time and well groomed.
