Executive Secretary
About the job
Company Description
NORTH IMMIGRATION is a leading immigration Services Company established in
1997. Our goal is to guide and advise prospective immigrants to make their
immigration processes smooth and hassle-free.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary who will be
responsible for providing executive level administrative assistance to the
Manager. The person will need to provide high-quality customer service and
proficiently manage clerical responsibilities such as email communication,
preparing reports, and scheduling appointments. The Executive Secretary will
also be required to perform company secretarial work.
Qualifications
Strong clerical skills including typing, file management, maintaining records,
and basic bookkeeping.
Experience in company secretarial work, to ensure that all board resolutions
and other legal and regulatory requirements are complied with.
Proven experience in providing executive administrative assistance to senior
leaders.
A customer service orientation, with the ability to deal calmly and
effectively with escalated inquiries or complaints from clients
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time
and prioritize projects effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
